Syncify (\"we\", \"us\", or \"our\") is a Shopify application designed to monitor order shipment tracking data and analyze delivery and fulfillment performance. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.

We collect the following types of information from merchants who install and use Syncify:

Shopify Store Information: store name, store URL, and contact information you provide for app-related communication.
Order, Fulfillment & Tracking Data: order identifiers, fulfillment identifiers, timestamps, tracking numbers, carrier names, shipment status, and shipping destination details needed to monitor delivery progress.
App Usage Data: feature usage metrics, logs, timestamps, and interactions used for debugging, reliability, and analytics.

We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers or bank account details.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Syncify application.
  • To monitor shipment tracking and delivery status for orders.
  • To analyze tracking trends and generate performance insights (e.g., delivery time summaries, carrier performance).
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
  • To communicate with users about support requests, product updates, or service changes.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only share information with:

  • Shopify via its APIs to access order, fulfillment, and tracking-related information.
  • Service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure and monitoring) that are under contractual obligations to keep data confidential.

4. Data Retention

We retain merchant and order-related tracking data for as long as you use the app. You can request deletion of your data at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us directly.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We may use cookies or local storage to enhance your app experience (e.g., remembering login sessions). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/EEA), you have the right to:
